What you give us

When you send an enquiry through a form on this site, we receive what you type: usually your name, email address, company, the details of your campaign or business, and on some forms a phone number. Before a form is sent we email you a one-time code to confirm the address is yours. The code is stored only as a scrambled value, expires after 10 minutes and is not kept afterwards.

Your enquiry is delivered to our team by email. We use it only to reply to you and to prepare a proposal. We do not add you to a mailing list without asking, and we never sell or rent your details.

What is collected automatically

Like most websites, we measure how the site is used so we can improve it:

  • Google Analytics counts visits and shows which pages are read, roughly where visitors come from (country and city level), what device they use and which link brought them here.
  • Microsoft Clarity (when enabled) shows anonymous heatmaps and replays of how pages are scrolled and clicked, so we can find confusing parts of the site. Text typed into forms is masked.
  • If you arrive from an ad, the campaign details in the link (for example utm tags or a Google click ID) are kept for that visit and sent with your enquiry, so we know which campaign worked.

These tools use cookies or similar storage in your browser. They do not tell us your name or email. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and the site will still work.

The site also stores a few small settings in your own browser, such as whether sound is on, so it remembers them on your next visit. These never leave your device.

Who else handles the data

Our hosting provider runs the servers this site is on. Email is handled by Google Workspace. Analytics data is processed by Google and, if enabled, Microsoft. Each of them processes data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. The advertiser and publisher panels linked from this site are separate services with their own policies.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our email for as long as we are in conversation with you and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in those tools, at most 14 months for Google Analytics.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email media@adperiencemedia.com from the address you used and we will act on it within 30 days. These rights apply under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and, for visitors in the EU and UK, under the GDPR.

Changes

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
